1. Services

Nitish Raj SEO provides search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Ads management, Google Business Profile optimisation, and related digital marketing services to businesses primarily in Patna, Bihar, and across India.

2. No Guaranteed Rankings

We do not guarantee specific rankings on Google or any other search engine. SEO results depend on many factors outside our direct control, including Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website age. We commit to best-practice implementation and transparent reporting.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to necessary platforms (Google Search Console, Analytics, website CMS), timely feedback on deliverables, and accurate business information for local SEO work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon individually with each client before work begins. Monthly retainers are due at the start of each service month. Project work is invoiced as agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and reports produced by Nitish Raj SEO remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use the deliverables.
